Here at Rainbow Wood we believe that children learn best by following a Holistic approach. Pairing nurturing Early Years Practitioners with wonderful and enabling environments we strive to give our children the very best early years education and care.
By following a Kaizen approach which translates to ‘good change’ we continuously develop and adapt to updates and improvements within the childcare sector. Kaizen requires continuous improvements, we seek ways to improve our practice to provide healthy development emotionally, mentally and physically. To give the children a positive self-image and grow to be happy and confident individuals with appreciation and respect for life and the world around them. Unlike most nurseries we have shift pattern places.
